RP FURNACES

This is the rotating version of batch furnaces with controlled combustion with a static combustion chamber: their essential feature is that even with waste containing high water levels and low calorific value or with particular physical properties, they are able to ensure the highest level of ash sterilization while keeping the quality of emissions unaltered.
Thanks to the slow rotary movement in the combustion chamber, they are able to homogenize waste and their more even exposure to direct flame and hot gases, resulting in faster dehydration and heat disposal processes of the waste and considerable decrease in consumption, both for auxiliary fuel and electricity. In view of this feature, they are particularly suitable for destroying a wider range of wastes than static furnaces, which ranges from high-water content waste (for instance animal organic waste, sludge, etc.) to waste with high calorific values (hospital, industrial, etc.).

The movement of the combustion chamber and its rotation speed can be programmed as desired. In this way the entire incineration cycle can be totally adapted to the type of waste to process.

The treatment cycle — once its phases are programmed — is completely automatic, without any external intervention needed, unless it is required for hot loading waste. The adoption of the most advanced emissions treatment systems ensures, also for these furnaces, the possibility to obtain emissions that are perfectly in line with EU and international regulations.
